YOUTH SUPPORT COORDINATOR HUB FACILITATORS AND NETWORK

The Queensland Youth Housing Coalition employs Youth Support Coordinator Hub Facilitators (YSC Hubs) to support the continuous development of YSC services. YSC Hubs also support the activities of the YSC Network as a mechanism of interactive resourcing and professional sharing.

The Youth Support Coordinator Initiative is a vital component of the Education and Training Reforms.

113 Youth Support Coordinators are employed in community agencies to work with schools both Government and Non Government and TAFEs to support young people at risk of leaving school early.

YSCs support young people experiencing personal, social or family difficulties.

The Youth Support Coordinator Network is a vibrant network with members willing to share practice wisdoms and contribute to the development of strategies and ideas across the State which enhances the practice of all YSCs.
