Are you currently working with a young person who needs support to maintain their schooling?

If so a Youth Support Coordinator (YSC) may be able to help! 

A YSC is a person who is employed by a community service, who comes into school/TAFE or is linked to the school/TAFE.  There are a number of ways you can access a YSC - approaching them directly, through the school/TAFE staff or by contacting them via phone or email.

There are YSC's located throughout the State - please check out the contact list which also includes the schools that YSC's go to.

Alternatively, you may want to contact the YSC Hub Facilitators who can assist you in finding the appropriate school based support service for your client/s.
