YSC Hub Facilitators The Youth Support Coordinator Hub Facilitators (YSC Hubs) support the continuous improvement in practice for all YScs and Regional YSCs. YSC Hubs provide statewide coverage and assist in maintaining the integrity and consistency of services provided through the YSC. YSC Hubs also support the activities of the YSC Network as a mechanism of interactive resourcing and professional sharing. The YSC Hub Facilitators are funded by the Department of Communities. Finding YSC Work YSC work is challenging and exceptionally rewarding. The diversity of work across individual, group and community development work provides strong opportunity for career development. This opportunity is also supported by the multidisciplinary environment in which YSCs work. The Funding Information Papers developed by the Department of Communities clearly states that: funds have been provided (by Department of Communities) to support employment of Youth Support Coordinators at a minimum Community Services Worker Level 5 of the Social and Community Services (Queensland) Award.
