A Coalition is only as strong as its membership. The experience and knowledge of the members of QYHC is drawn from a cross-section of the community. By becoming a member you are bringing your expertise to the Coalition.

As a member, you are entitled to information, representation and the right to participate.

To become a member you need to apply to the organisation by filling out our online membership application form or download the PDF, which you can then send this back to us either via post, fax or scanned on email.
Your application for membership will be presented to Management Committee who will consider your membership in the month following your application.
