2021 Census Topics

The Australian Census is conducted every 5 years and included in the information that is provided from the Census is data that is relates to questions about whether people are homeless, the nature of their homelessness and where they are located. This information provides vital clues about how the community and government can best respond to young people who are experiencing homelessness. To make sure that the Census is asking the right questions the ABS requests feedback about the Census from the wider community about the topics that the Census should cover particularly if there are any gaps in information. QYHC responded to the recent request for feedback and drafted a submission to the ABS for their consideration.
